On-Demand events available now:

Welcome to The Griffin Company on-demand presentations. These events use words and pictures, voices and video, to give you the latest information. You need Internet Explorer as your browser to open the event successfully. Be sure to review other system requirements, below, for the best results. When you're ready to view a presentation, click on a link below. Attention dial up users, please note there will be a short wait until the presentation begins.

System requirements
To view any of the on-demand events, your system must have the following components -

Pentium II/233 or later
64 MB RAM (Microsoft recommends 128MB)
16-bit sound card and speakers or headset
16-bit graphics board (Capable of 256 colors minimum)
Internet Connection (Minimum 28.8K)
Software Windows 95/98, Windows NT or Windows 2000 (Workstation or Server)

Windows Media Player
You'll need Windows Media Player on your system.

If your operating system is Windows XP, Windows Media Player should already be available to you in the current version.

For Windows 98, ME or 2000 download the Windows Media Player 9. When the web page opens, choose the first "download now" button. Then click "save this program to disk" and save the program wherever you choose on your local hard drive. Run the "install" utility from that location.

For Windows 95 or NT4, download Windows Media Player 6.4. When the web page comes up, click on the fourth "download now" button. Then click the "save this program to disk" button. Save it to your local hard drive and run the install from there.

Check your browser version
You need Microsoft IE 5.0 or later to view an on-demand event.

Audio
Be sure your speakers are active - not muted. Check to see if you can hear sound from another source such as a music CD. Or you can test an mp3 audio file. Your sound card, speaker, or sound card drivers are not working properly if you can't hear the audio test file.

You should now be ready to view the presentations.
